the gym, sauna, and steam room were a definite highlight! the shower was lovely, and the room even had air conditioning. the bed was very comfortable, and i slept well. i also appreciated the complimentary costa coffee each morning.
The restaurant only served breakfast, forcing lunch and dinner into the pub & grill. I preferred more restaurant dining options.

The leisure facilities impressed me! The swimming pool provided a refreshing experience, and the sports area hosted various classes. The hotel's convenient location allowed a quick ten-minute trip to the beautiful beaches. Staff members like Chris Copeland contributed to the warmth of my evenings. He was very attentive. The bar team helped with sports viewing on the big screens.
I found the lack of glasses in the room a very slight inconvenience though the overall stay was positive.

My room featured comfortable beds and ample hanging space, made organization easy. Air conditioning worked perfectly! The bathroom was notably large and included a double shower, I noticed. Hot water was readily available.

the club room was lovely and comfortable. the pool area was super clean. the staff were very friendly and cute. i felt really grateful for the early check-in , made the whole process completely stress-free.
i found the sound proofing between floors not good. i was on floor 4 and could hear the people above. there was no phone in the room so i couldn't easily contact reception.
